Warranty Terms and Conditions

(1) These terms and conditions apply to the limited warranty provided by Younicorn Sdn Bhd for Youha products purchased from an authorized dealer of Younicorn Sdn Bhd (“Limited Warranty”).

(2) The Limited Warranty is valid only in Malaysia for the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of the product and is non-transferable or assignable.

(3) Upon completing the online registration for the Limited Warranty of a specific product, the Warranty Period will range between 12 to 24 months (subject to entitlement and revisions by Younicorn Sdn Bhd without prior notice).

(4) The Limited Warranty must be registered online within 14 days of the purchase date.

(5) Please retain your purchase receipt for verification purposes.

(6) The Limited Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship encountered during normal use and installation of the product, subject to these terms and conditions. Younicorn Sdn Bhd will determine whether to repair or replace the defective product or its parts (with comparable and/or refurbished products or parts) at its sole discretion. Any replaced product or part becomes the property of Younicorn Sdn Bhd.

(7) During the Warranty Period, Younicorn Sdn Bhd will provide labour, repair, or replacement of the covered product or its parts at no charge. The Purchaser is responsible for any insurance, handling, transportation, delivery, or other incidental charges related to servicing the product.

(8) All decisions made by Younicorn Sdn Bhd regarding the servicing of the product (including repairs, replacements, or issues relating to defects in workmanship or materials) are conclusive, and the Purchaser agrees to be bound by them. Any defective product or replaced part becomes the property of Younicorn Sdn Bhd.

(9) The Limited Warranty DOES NOT COVER:

(a) Loss or damage to the product due to:

(i) Abuse or tampering by unauthorized personnel.

(ii) Negligence or misuse, including foreign object interference, accidents, improper storage, exposure to moisture, excessive temperature, sand, dust, dirt, pollution, or other environmental conditions, and failure to follow precautions or operating instructions specified in the instruction manual (e.g., improper installations).

(iii) Fire, flood, lightning strikes, or other acts of God.

(iv) Deficiencies in consumable parts such as battery leakage.

(v) Backflow issues (milk or water).

(vi) Wear and tear of parts (excluding breast pump machine), including valves, diaphragms, cups, bottles, funnels, tubing, and other components.

(b) Defects, damages, or accidents resulting from malfunction, connection to, or use of unauthorized parts (including reconditioned, tampered, reused, or non-genuine Younicorn Sdn Bhd accessories and/or consumable items not recommended by Younicorn Sdn Bhd). In such cases, Younicorn Sdn Bhd reserves the right to immediately cancel the Limited Warranty coverage.

(c) Products with removed, defaced, or altered serial numbers.

(10) No implied warranty, including satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose, applies to the product after the Warranty Period expires. Except as provided in the Warranty Card, no other warranty (expressed or implied) or guarantee by any other party in respect of the product shall bind Younicorn Sdn Bhd.

(11) The Limited Warranty, including these terms and conditions, is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

(12) No spare breast pump will be available for rent or borrowing during the warranty claim/repairing period.
